As a Child Mentor at Marvelous Minds, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the out of school experiences of children in our care.  Your contributions will create a nurturing environment that fosters creativity, learning and personal growth. This position is ideal for someone passionate about working with children, dedicated to their development and eager to gain valuable experience in out of school time program management.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
• CPR & FIRST AID certified (or willingness to obtain).
• Background check and clearances as required by state regulations.
• Have earned or are willing to earn a CDA, Associate or Bachelor Degree in early childhood or related field
• Understand early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• A passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
