❓Can I book child care on short notice?
- Yes! We specialize in on-demand child care and can fulfill most requests within 30 minutes. Use our Parent Portal to schedule care or call us for immediate availability.
❓Is there a registration fee?
- For recurring programs (like after-school care or summer camp), a one-time registration fee applies. However, drop-in and on-demand care does not require a registration fee - just book and go!

- We accept credit/debit cards, online payments through the Parent Portal, and employer-sponsored child care benefits.

- Safety is our top priority. We maintain a 4:1 child-to-staff ratio, conduct thorough background checks, and implement strict security protocols at all locations.

- Yes! Our ProCare Parent Portal provides real-time updates on your child’s activities, meals, and rest times.
❓What happens if I’m running late for pickup?
- We understand that delays happen. If you’re running late, please notify us ASAP. Late pickup fees may apply for extended stays.
❓What is your illness policy?
- To maintain a healthy environment, we ask that children who are sick stay home until they are symptom-free for 24 hours. Our team follows strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to keep everyone safe.
